NamiFlow is an evidence-record support service. It helps a customer and a venue agree on a price before the customer enters, and records that agreement. It is not a legal-contract drafting service or legal advice.
What NamiFlow can do:
What NamiFlow cannot do:
NamiFlow is a simple record. If you need a legally binding contract, please consult a qualified lawyer.
No account or login is required. To buy, you provide an email address at checkout (collected by our payment processor). We use that email only to deliver your agreement link and evidence PDF, and for essential service messages.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in USD; your bank may apply currency conversion and fees.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or block access for violations.
Any trouble between you and a venue or other third party is resolved between those parties. NamiFlow is not a party to your agreement and is not liable for such disputes. You may use your record as reference material. For consumer trouble in Japan, contact the Consumer Hotline for Tourists: www.cht.kokusen.go.jp.
We may interrupt or suspend the service for maintenance, failures, third-party outages (e.g. Stripe, Supabase), force majeure, or legal reasons, and are not liable for resulting loss.
Production records are retained for a limited period (about 30 days) and then automatically deleted; practice records are deleted 24 hours after creation. Keep your own copy of any record you need. See our Privacy Policy.
Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability to you for damages arising from our breach or tort shall be limited to the amount of fees you paid us for the transaction in which the damage arose. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, or damages arising from disputes with third parties.
This limitation does not apply to the extent it is rendered void by Japan's Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) or other mandatory law.
The service, its design, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Your agreement record is yours to keep and use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.
We may update these Terms; the latest version applies. Questions: [email protected].
